【Conditions】
This contract term shall be 24 months. The 1st month is defined the period from the use start date to the end of the month, and the 24th month is defined as the “expiration month” of the original contract period.
If there is no offer of cancellation during the “renewal month” which is the next one month of the expiration month, the contract shall be renewed automatically.
In case of cancellation at other month of the “renewal month”, the cancellation fees of 10,000yen for U-NEXT Hikari (internet) and 5,000yen for U-pa! (IPS) shall be required.

・Visiting-support is also available with additional fee.
In case of matters which is difficult to consult on the telephone or remote support, the technical staff will visit to your home to support.

・U-NEXT Hikari provide a cable modem router (Wi-Fi router “Home Gateway”) and a wireless LAN card as additional services on a rental basis. The cable modem router will enable to use high-speed Wi-Fi on various devices including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
