<< Application Procedures for the Apartment >>
The procedure of the application is as below.
- First of all, please check the latest availability of your desired apartment by email to chintai@d-ai-d.jp or info@did-global.com.
- If it is available for your lease period, please fill out and submit the application form via this DID-GLOBAL’s website.

- Please pay the application deposit by bank transfer to our bank account described below or by PayPal (credit card) as same amount to one month’s rent. (If you want to pay all amount of the moving cost at one time, it is also okay, so that you may reduce the bank fee. It may be safer because you don’t need to bring the much money in cash when you come to Japan.)
- Please send us the evidence (receipt) of your payment by email.

Please use the PayPal payment on our website in order to pay by credit card.
Please understand in advance that we need to ask you to bear the PayPal remittance fee about 4.2% of the payable amount.

After we receive the documents (1, 2, and 4), we will keep the apartment for you, and after receive the deposit, your reservation will be completed and effective.
Then, the landlord will conduct your tenancy examination.
If you can pass it, you will be able to rent the apartment from your desired date.
[Contract & Move-in]
Please come to our office at the date of your desired moving date or the day before. If you sign on the lease agreement, and pay the moving cost in cash, then you’ll get the key of the apartment immediately. Please bring the other required documents for the contract.
ex.) Registration card, Certificate of income (if you have) etc.
