１．Cleaning and disinfection 清掃と除菌について
For our new resident to move in with peace of mind, we are paying high attention to details.
In addition to surfactant cleaning by professional house cleaning company, we do disinfection additionally by our staff using with high-disinfection ethanol-based liquid even into details like door handles, remote controller, lighting switches and so on.
新たなご入居者様に安心してご入居頂くために、弊社では、プロの清掃業者による清掃に加え、ドアノブ、リモコン、照明スイッチなどに至る細かなところまで、弊社社員により、除菌効果の高いエタノール系の液剤での除菌作業を追加して行っています。
２．Standard of Cleanliness of amenities and Room cleaning 室内清掃・備品の取扱いについて
◆ Our apartments are cleaned up by professional house cleaning company.
◆ In addition to wiping furniture and electric appliances, we wax room floor every time after the cleaning (except carpet, tatami, and under furniture)
◆ We provide a new brush for toilet cleaning and a new shower curtain for each resident.
◆ We disinfect the key carefully for each tenant.
◆ In order to ensure the cleanliness of the bedding, we provide a bed pad, bed sheets, and bath mat as standard equipment to each room. They are all rental items from one of the biggest bedding company in Japan, whose hygiene is highly managed in their big factory. (Please refer to next chapter about their hygiene management.)
◆ Our option beddings are also provided by the same company. The duvet is down comforter.
◆ 私たちのアパートは、清掃専門会社にて室内清掃等の清掃作業を行っております。
◆ 家具・家電等設備品の拭き掃除はもちろん、毎回の清掃後に、床ワックス掛け（カーペット・畳・家具の下などは除く）を行っております。
◆ 室内に備え付けのトイレ清掃用ブラシやシャワーカーテン等は入居者毎に毎回必ず新品の物をご用意しています。
◆ お渡しする鍵は、丁寧に除菌しております。
◆ ベッドの清潔さを担保するために、弊社では、全てのお部屋にベッドパッドとベッドシーツ、バスマットを標準で装備しています。これらのアイテムは、全て、日本で最も大きな寝具メーカーの1つであり、大きな工場で徹底した衛生管理が施されています。（寝具の衛生管理については、次の項目をご確認ください。）
◆ オプション商品として提供しているレンタル布団も、同じく大手寝具メーカーより提供しています。尚、掛布団は羽毛布団をご提供しています。
３．Hygiene management for bedding レンタル寝具の衛生管理について
◆ Our beddings are supplied by a professional rental bedding company who supply their rental items to high-class hotels or hospitals etc., and who maintain the beddings at the world’s largest bedding cleaning factory.
◆ Generally, it is said that it is necessary to perform 80 degree or more heat treatment for 30 minutes or more to get rid of the pest parasitized in bedding (for example: mite, etc.) that cannot be removed only by washing in water. Our beddings has been provided after subjected to a heat treatment of more than 85 degrees for 35 minutes in their factory, so that all of our customers would be able to use the bedding clean and on fluffy.
◆ Upon their final step of maintenance, all products will be checked the contamination of foreign substances by needle detector. “Needle” inside the beddings is the most dangerous thing, and their needle detector would not miss even one of the staples, due to they have established a thoroughly managements of safety.
“Cleanliness” is our top priority on bedding option and we pay particular attention to this.

◆ 寝具は、高級ホテル、病院等にもレンタル寝具を納入している専門会社から供給されており、レンタル布団のメンテナンスは、世界最大級のふとん専用クリーニング工場にてリフレッシュしています。
◆ 水洗いだけでは取り除くことが出来ない部屋に寄生する害虫（ダニ等）は、80度以上の熱処理を30分以上行うことが必要と言われています。彼らの工場では85度以上の熱処理を35分間行っていますので、ふっくらフワフワのお布団をご利用いただけます。
◆ メンテナンスの最終工程において、全商品に対し、検針感知機による異物の混入チェックを行っています。寝具の使用にあたり『針』の混入が最も危険ですが、安全の徹底的な管理を確立しているため、検針感知機はホッチキス針の１本も見逃すことはありません。
弊社は、寝具において一番重要な「清潔さ」には十分の注意を払っています。

４．Online application and Remote Contracting オンライン申込及びリモート契約について
◆By using Apartment-Japan.com website which is available vartual viewing and online reservation, customers can book the apartment without face-to-face interaction.
◆Signing on the contract and key-handover is also able to be done by remote or in our office where equipped a splash prevention plate.
◆オンライン申込ウェブサイトApartment-Japan.comを利用し、お客様との対面式のやり取りなしで、物件の案内、申込を行っていただくことができます。
◆契約・鍵渡しは、オンラインを用いたリモート契約又は飛沫防止シールドを設置した部屋での距離を保っての対面式契約を行うことができます。
